This is probably the most difficult aspect of creating a blog. What is it exactly about me that I should add here to pique your, my dear readers, curiosity? I guess the concern about with telling you I’m a 44-year-old male who suffered his entire life by eating the SAD - Standard American Diet. Plagued by morbid obesity I had been wanting to make a change, but for whatever reason never did. After years of going to the gym every single day, 5 days a week, busting my ass and not obtaining any results I discovered something was amiss.

Regardless of how hard I worked, or how little food I ate nothing seemed to work. This left me depressed and disillusioned. The time for change was right, the time for change was now!
